Report Templates Based on Sensor Status
As a network administrator/systems engineer, I need a report template based on current sensor status. With this template, I can create an automated daily email report that summarizes the status of all monitored sensors (total counts by status: up, warning, down) and provides detailed information about problematic sensors (device name, sensor name, and error messages). This would allow me to quickly assess the overall health of our infrastructure each morning and confirm that PRTG monitoring is functioning properly.

SSL Certificate Expiration Overview Map Template
As a Systems Engineer, I want an official PRTG map template that automatically collects all SSL Certificate sensors, sorts them by days to expiration, and visually highlights the certificates closest to expiring, so that I can proactively renew certificates before they cause outages — without manually rebuilding my dashboard every time a certificate sensor is added or removed.

Combined Device Visualization Across Multiple Remote Probes
As an IT Infrastructure Manager overseeing a distributed environment with many remote probes, I want to combine devices and groups from multiple remote probes into a single hierarchical map visualization (e.g., Sunburst or Treemap), so that I get one unified, at-a-glance health view of my entire distributed infrastructure without having to check each probe's visualization separately.
Currently, Sunburst and other hierarchical map objects can only display the structure of a single object (Probe, Group, Device, or Library Node). For distributed environments with many Remote Probes, it would be extremely helpful to visualize devices from different probes together in one unified…

Interactive Device Tree Object on Maps
As an IT Infrastructure Manager,
I want to expand and collapse nodes in the Device Tree map object on PRTG Maps,
so that I can interactively navigate my monitoring hierarchy directly from a map — just like in the main device tree overview — without having to leave my custom dashboard. Currently, it is displayed but the interactivity isn't working.1 vote -
SLA Reporter: Dynamic placeholders in report names
PRTG SLA Reported setting has only fixed placeholder for Report Name under Report Settings. Hence the report name is always fixed irrespective of various schedule report names based on the usage and context. This leads to confusion as which report we get e-mail. Needs to have some dymanic placeholders or mechanism to set the report names either based on Filter / scheduled report names etc.

SLA Reporter: Improve filter creation dialog
When creating a filter in SLA Reporter, the user experience would be better if:
- It showed the number of sensors that were included in the defined filter criteria

SLA Reporter: Allow combination of AND and OR in filters
Allow mixed AND and OR logic in PRTG SLA Reporter filter criteria, so users can build more flexible and precise SLA definitions.
Problem description:
The current SLA Reporter only supports using either AND or OR for all filter criteria. This limits real‑world use cases where mixed logic is required. For example. Citrix AND (Ping, Uptime). or (Windows AND Prod) AND (Ping, PingSensors).1 vote
