I want to define text-based filters (include/exclude) on notification triggers so that alerts matching a specific response message (e.g., "No response") are suppressed before delivery,
so that my IT team is not overwhelmed by bulk alert noise from known, recurring issues (such as widespread SNMP timeouts) and can focus on actionable, critical alerts.
