Multi-User Selection in Notification Templates
As a Systems Engineer, I want to select multiple individual users directly in the 'User' field of a notification template, so that I can target the right recipients per template without having to create and maintain a separate user group for each one.
Background:
I think it would be helpful if I could select multiple users in the “User” field within each notification template. I’d rather not have to create a separate user group for each notification template and maintain the users there, since we use different contact groups for each template.
