  1. SNMP Windows Service - Sort by name

    As a Systems Engineer using PRTG to configure SNMP Windows Service sensors, I want to be able to sort the list of available Windows services alphabetically by name, so that I can quickly locate and select the correct service to monitor without having to scroll through an unsorted, length-based list.

    Other sensors do not have this issue, for example the Veeam Backup Jobs sensor displays icons where you can sort by name.

  2. Keep “Add Sensor” Catalog in the UI Up to Date with Target Systems and Protocols

    The 'Add Sensor' page is missing target system types and protocols that were added over the years.
    This page shows the user the sensor capabilities in PRTG in a clear practical manner. Adding device types like IoT / load balancer (when we have f5 sensors), Application...gives the user ideas and increases sensor utilization,

    Protocols are missing REST API and all the OT/IoT protocols.

    As a presales engineer, I also use this page to present the protocols concept at times, It makes sense to have them all there and keep this list up to date with new changes.
