Apple Silicon Support for PRTG Desktop App
As an IT Infrastructure Manager (or Systems Engineer) using macOS on Apple Silicon hardware,
I want the PRTG Desktop app to be available as a native Apple Silicon (ARM64) or Universal Binary build,
so that I can continue using the PRTG Desktop app reliably on modern Apple hardware without depending on Rosetta 2, which Apple has announced will be deprecated.3 votes -
One-Click Option to Disable the "Greg" Guided Tour / Onboarding Assistant
As an IT Infrastructure Manager,
I want a simple one-click option in the PRTG web interface (during first use or in the Administration settings) to permanently disable "Greg," the built-in guided tour / onboarding assistant,
so that I can skip the helper character without having to manually edit the Windows registry - a workaround that has been necessary for over 10 years and is no longer state of the art.1 vote
