1. Improve Offline Activation Handling for PPEM Subscription Renewals

   === Summary ===
   Many of our PPEM (PRTG Enterprise Monitor) customers operate in offline environments without internet access. In such cases, subscription renewals require offline re-activation, but the current specification provides only a very short grace period. This poses a significant operational burden, especially for MSPs managing multiple PRTG instances.

   === Behavior in Offline Environments During Subscription Renewal ===
   • After the subscription renewal date, offline re-activation is required.
   • This re-activation cannot be performed before the renewal date.
   • Once the previous subscription period ends, a 3-day grace period begins, after which UI access becomes unavailable.
   • Although monitoring continues for approximately 40 days after UI lockout, lack of UI access means monitoring operations cannot be considered fully functional.

   === Limitations in Current Design ===
   • The 3-day grace period is too short, especially for MSP customers using PPEM.
   • MSPs often manage dozens of PRTG instances with limited staff, making it extremely difficult to complete all re-activations within 3 days.
   • If the grace period overlaps with weekends or public holidays, the effective working time is further reduced.
   • The activation key files for PPEM sub-licenses are provided by the Paessler service team, and delays due to time zone differences or response times can become critical.
   • While this issue does not affect online environments, most end users of our PPEM customers operate in offline environments.

   === Requests ===

   1.Extend the grace period for PPEM sub-license subscription renewals to at least one month.
   2.Alternatively, allow offline re-activation for the next subscription period once the renewal is confirmed (typically 3 months in advance).

3. Dedicated Web Server for PRTG

   As a PRTG system administrator, I want PRTG to have a separate dedicated web server, allowing us to balance the load of user access to PRTG away from the core server.
