    Many of our PPEM (PRTG Enterprise Monitor) customers operate in offline environments without internet access. In such cases, subscription renewals require offline re-activation, but the current specification provides only a very short grace period. This poses a significant operational burden, especially for MSPs managing multiple PRTG instances.
