Centralized User Activity Log with Action-Based Reporting

As an IT Operations Manager, I want to view a centralized user activity log that shows all actions performed by each user account across my PRTG installation, so that I can maintain accountability, ensure compliance, track training needs, and quickly identify the source of configuration changes or issues.
