1. SSL Certificate Expiration Overview Map Template

   As a Systems Engineer, I want an official PRTG map template that automatically collects all SSL Certificate sensors, sorts them by days to expiration, and visually highlights the certificates closest to expiring, so that I can proactively renew certificates before they cause outages — without manually rebuilding my dashboard every time a certificate sensor is added or removed.

2. Combined Device Visualization Across Multiple Remote Probes

   As an IT Infrastructure Manager overseeing a distributed environment with many remote probes, I want to combine devices and groups from multiple remote probes into a single hierarchical map visualization (e.g., Sunburst or Treemap), so that I get one unified, at-a-glance health view of my entire distributed infrastructure without having to check each probe's visualization separately.

   Currently, Sunburst and other hierarchical map objects can only display the structure of a single object (Probe, Group, Device, or Library Node). For distributed environments with many Remote Probes, it would be extremely helpful to visualize devices from different probes together in one unified view.

3. Historical NetFlow Traffic Analysis with Ad-Hoc Filtering and Drill-Down

   As a Network Engineer responsible for connectivity across multiple sites, I want PRTG to retain granular flow data (NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow/jFlow) over configurable historical periods and let me interactively filter, search, and drill down by source/destination IP, port, protocol, interface, and application — without pre-configuring channels — so that I can identify top talkers and traffic anomalies, troubleshoot bandwidth issues retroactively, and deliver trend-based capacity and traffic reports, reducing my mean time to resolution and closing visibility gaps.

   With the increasing complexity of enterprise networks, NetFlow has become a standard requirement for network traffic visibility and performance analysis. Many customers now expect the ability to analyze network traffic in depth, identify bandwidth consumers, troubleshoot issues, and generate detailed traffic insights.

   Requested Capabilities:

   • Native NetFlow monitoring and traffic analysis.
   • Historical NetFlow data retention for trend analysis and reporting.
   • Advanced filtering based on source/destination IP, ports, protocols, interfaces, applications, and other relevant parameters.
   • Interactive dashboards and reports for bandwidth utilization and traffic patterns.

   • Efficient search and drill-down capabilities for faster troubleshooting.

   Business Justification:
