As a Systems Engineer responsible for configuring PRTG alerting, I want PRTG to send Microsoft Teams notifications through a native, directly supported integration (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) instead of relying on Power Automate workflow webhooks, so that critical alerts reliably reach our Teams channels without recurring webhook failures, silent delivery gaps, or manual reactivation of broken workflows.

Background:
The Powerautomate workflow connector is very unstable. We’ve added several tweaks to stabilize it but still get “your webhook warnings to a channel has experienced problems” errors from Microsoft, and sometimes it even caused the connector to stop working until reactivation. It’s strongly recommended to find an alternative for Powerautomate that is more reliable. Could you investigate this setup and look for alternatives, please? Powerautomate is clearly not the way to go.
