There are multiple ways to get PRTG data into Grafana.

PRTG Multi-Core Dashboards (https://www.paessler.com/prtg/extensions/prtg-multi-core-dashboards) is a way to comprehensively export data from one or multiple PRTG servers to a database with out-of-the-box Grafana Dashboards for a high-level overview of your infrastructure.

If you only need to export a handful of sensors/channels to Grafana, a lightweight approach using a grafana-native datasource plugin is described here: https://github.com/stylersnico/PRTG-API-v2-Grafana-Dashboard/ (the author has no affiliation with Paessler but they describe using a datasource plugin that is supported by Grafana Labs).
