Integrated Endpoint Patch Management Module for PRTG
As an IT Systems Engineer, I want an integrated patch management module within PRTG that can deploy, schedule, and manage patches across my endpoints, so that I can proactively maintain system security and compliance from a single monitoring platform without needing separate patch management tools. It can be a new paid module.

AI-Powered Predictive Monitoring and Intelligent Network Analytics for PRTG
As an IT Infrastructure Manager, I want AI-powered predictive analytics and intelligent anomaly detection integrated directly into PRTG so that I can proactively prevent outages, reduce troubleshooting time, and provide executive-level insights on infrastructure health without needing to manually analyze complex monitoring data.
Key Benefits:
Anomaly detection:
Use AI models to identify unusual traffic patterns, latency spikes, or device behavior that may indicate security threats or system failures.Predictive Analytics:
Forecast potential outages or performance degradation based on historical data trends, enabling preemptive action.Automated Root Cause Analysis:
AI can correlate alerts across sensors and logs to suggest likely causes,…

We have a lot more planned to modernize the notification system (likely in 2027 for general availability). This will include a lot of the alerting feedback you have provided.
Next year (2026) we will be working on new dashboarding to modernize maps and reports. This should address some of your needs (query language and nautral language).
If you'd like to provide more specific feedback for a single feature we are happy to hear it.

Provide Visio Stencils Support for PRTG Maps and Downloadable Visio Stencils for PRTG Icons Directly from PRTG
When designing solution architectures or documentation, many of us include PRTG components (Core Server, Probes, Sensors, etc.) in Microsoft Visio diagrams.
Currently, there are no official Visio stencils or icon sets available for PRTG, forcing users to either create custom graphics or use inaccurate representations.I propose adding an option to download official PRTG Visio stencils directly from within the PRTG installation (for example, via the web interface or a “Resources” menu).
The stencil pack could include:Core Server, Probe, Remote Probe icons
Common sensor and channel symbols
Status indicators (up, warning, down)
This would help system integrators, consultants, and…

Centralized Multi-User Licensing for PRTG MultiBoard
As an IT Operations Manager, I want to deploy PRTG MultiBoard on a shared server with a single license that covers multiple users so that my team can access monitoring dashboards without individual license activation requirements, reducing administrative overhead and improving user access efficiency.

We release config share in MultiBoard that will help you and your team to share configuration between each other. Maybe that will also help you in your use case.

Ai
having llm natural language to do queries and also having predictive analytics forecasting using ai for observability.
1 voteHi there,
Thank you again for submitting your idea to Paessler. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
After careful consideration by our team, we've decided to decline this idea at this time. This is due to this idea being too broad. As mentioned we have plans around AI driven dashboarding and insights, but as you know LLMs are cloud only realistically so this will be part of our forthcoming cloud portal which is in development.

To add network configuration management feature.
This is a very much widely requested features among the enterprises and governments. NCM is also available as a add on feature for other network monitoring tools. Can you consider to have this add on?

This is a market we could enter if the opportunity presents itself (interesting acquisition) however we are not planning to build this capability ourselves. The logic behind that decision is that more and more vendors are now part of networks including cloud providers, SASE, CDNs, and other overlays. Orchestrating network changes is not the same as it was 10 years ago when we had 4 primary vendors.
After careful consideration by our team, we've decided to decline this idea at this time.

PRTG Enterprise Monitor - No downtime during updates
For PRTG Enterprise Monitor, with a cluster, there should be no downtime during updates but due to the automatic update process, there is a documented downtime requirement.
If the communication path and protocol between the master-node, failover and remote probes remain static, then should be able to update the master-node and failover node independently of each other, thus not requiring a downtime, no matter how brief.
Or have a node within the Cluster that is independent of the master-node and failover node, that is not updated automatically to maintain monitoring and also provide for a way to revert in case…1 voteHi there,

We will not be enhancing the existing cluster mode the way it exists today. We are launching a new PRTG Database later this year, and we will have a far more robust clustering capability next year based on PostgreSQL based replication. Integrate dynamic map
I would like to see the map part evolve so it can be more dynamic in generating the equipment and their interconnexion (showing who is connected to who, at the switch/port level if snmp details are provided). the more information are provided, the clearer the IT infrastructure map appears.
This feature can be a game changer regarding the other solution.
Waiting for this to happen sooner than later.1 voteHi there,

Centralized geolocation management
Our devices are physically located at fixed sites. It makes more sense to manage these locations globally than per group/device/sensor, and it would also help with geolocation grouping and naming consistency.
