Add Monthly Recurring Maintenance Schedule Option
As a PRTG user, I want to create monthly recurring maintenance schedules for devices with scheduled reboots so that I can enable 24/7 push notifications without being woken up by false alarms during planned maintenance activities.

As an IT Infrastructure Manager,
I want to schedule PRTG service or system restarts using relative date patterns (e.g., "every 2nd Thursday of the month"),
so that I can ensure restarts always occur on a predictable weekday and never unexpectedly fall on a weekend, reducing the risk of unattended restarts and aligning maintenance with my team's working hours. Background:
One restart each month is recommended. But currently, only a day of a month is selectable. Which means the restart will happen during the week or on the weekend. It makes sense to have the option for e.g. every 2nd Thursday of a month so we know that it happens always during the week and not on a weekend.
Similar to the task scheduler in Windows. -

The ability to add scheduling for reoccurring maintenance schedules is critical. Use cases for our business is the following
1. Monthly Patch Updates (all nodes monthly one date a month)
2. WAN circuit maintenance - notified by circuit provider in advance prior to maintenance and window is in the middle of the night - until this is implemented will have to keep in a separate ledger and mute day of. -

We also need this feature as our server is set to restart on a specific day each month and after each reboot some error notifications are triggered.
the current weekly schedule options cant be used to prevent this.
