Enhanced HTTP Action Notifications: JSON/XML Support with Custom Headers
As an IT Operations Engineer, I want to send PRTG notifications in JSON or XML format with custom HTTP headers so that I can directly integrate PRTG alerts with modern ITSM, incident management, and automation systems, eliminating manual steps and custom scripting.

This would be outstanding. Since we are currently running hosted PRTG, we are unable to use the API via a PowerShell script to send to PagerDuty. For now, we have it configured via standard email alerts. It would be cleaner, faster and more reliable if we could send notifications via JSON with custom HTTP headers. We would then likely also expand our usage to automatically create (and resolve) tickets in our ticketing system.
