Status Filter for Maps: Option to Exclude "Unusual" Status from Map Views
As an IT Infrastructure Manager,
I want to be able to exclude or filter out the "Unusual" detection status from PRTG maps,
so that my 1st level support team can focus on actionable warnings and critical alarms without being overwhelmed by non-critical orange "Unusual" indicators — and I don't have to disable the Unusual Detection feature entirely for the whole organization.
Background:
I'm introducing PRTG to our team and I've built some maps for them. Problem is that they also see the Unusual Detection status as well and we have lots of them. But these are not relevant for the whole team (e.g. 1st level support). Therefore, we had to disable the Unusual Detection functionality which is kind of sad. But otherwise, the 1st level would have to scroll through all the orange "alarms" to get to the warnings and real alarms.
