Open-Ticket Indicator on Sensor Views
As a Systems Engineer working in a team where multiple colleagues watch the same PRTG installation,
I want sensors that have an open PRTG ticket related to them to display a visible ticket indicator directly in the sensor view (and ideally in sensor lists/alarm lists), with a link to the open ticket(s),
so that I can immediately see that a colleague is already handling a Warning or Down state — without acknowledging (not possible for Warnings), pausing the sensor, or duplicating troubleshooting effort.
