Customers flagged Microsoft’s move away from Basic Auth/open relay, requiring OAuth 2.0 (tenant/app/secret); today PRTG’s email notifications rely on SMTP and lack native OAuth, and legacy mailbox/IMAP approaches may not meet OAuth‑only requirements.
Request: add first‑class OAuth2 support (Microsoft Graph sendMail and IMAP XOAUTH2) and a built‑in Graph notification to replace SMTP, using REST Custom v2 bearer tokens as an interim path.
