For PRTG Hosted Monitor users, access to the logs within the “Logs” folder should be enabled, similar to the on-premises PPNM.
There was an incident in which the PRTG Hosted Monitor core service malfunctioned and automatically restarted. After recovery, we checked the logs accessible via the Web GUI but found no records from that period, which prevented us from investigating the situation.
If access to the logs is not possible, users should be notified about errors and their details.
