    Hello team, here's some additional information. One of our customers has over 500 switches in use. We recruited him from another monitoring solution to PRTG. With the previous solution, he received alarms and warnings from the switches via SYSLOG, for example, LOOP plugged in, system rebooted, etc.

    After consulting with Passler Support, we have established a SYSLOG receiver for each device to precisely identify the device and utilize additional options.

    As soon as an alarm or warning is received, the customer receives an email.

    Unfortunately, due to limitations, it is not possible to add the last recent alarm or warning to the subject line. Furthermore, the customer always only needs the last recent alarm or warning in the email content.
    Therefore, we would like to have variables for the email subject line with only the most recent message.
